The Children’s Pastor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of children's ministry at Lifespring Fellowship. This includes vision casting, volunteer leadership, curriculum development, and fostering strong partnerships with parents. The ideal candidate will be a
high-energy, organized, spiritually mature leader with a heart for reaching and discipling kids.
